Frequently asked questions.

  • I offer individual, relationship, family and adolescent therapy sessions, along with plans to offer equine therapy in the near future. My approach integrates evidence-based practices like Gestalt therapy and Gottman techniques with holistic modalities, such as mindfulness, breathwork, and yoga.

  • Gottman therapy is an evidence-based approach to relationship counseling developed by Drs. John and Julie Gottman. It focuses on strengthening relationships through improved communication, conflict resolution, and emotional connection. Using proven techniques, clients learn skills to build trust, manage conflict, and deepen intimacy. This method is particularly effective for couples but can also be adapted to other relational dynamics.

  • Gestalt therapy is an experiential, present-focused approach to therapy that helps clients become more aware of their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in the moment. It emphasizes the connection between mind and body and encourages clients to explore patterns, relationships, and unresolved emotions. Techniques such as role-playing, guided visualization, and somatic awareness exercises are often used to help clients gain insights and create meaningful change in their lives.

  • Standard therapy sessions are 50 minutes. However, custom session lengths can be discussed based on your needs and goals.

  • At this time, I do not accept insurance and operate on a private-pay basis. This allows us to focus fully on your unique goals and needs without the constraints of insurance requirements.

  • If you are located in Las Vegas, I offer in person sessions at

  • Each session is tailored to your individual needs. In therapy sessions, we’ll explore your concerns, identify patterns, and work collaboratively to create meaningful change.
