  • Equine-assisted therapy is a deeply experiential approach to healing that blends somatic awareness, relational insight, and the wisdom of the natural world. As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Intern trained in Gestalt Therapy, I guide clients through embodied, in-the-moment experiences with horses — no riding required.

    These sessions support nervous system regulation, trauma processing, boundary work, and emotional clarity. Horses, as highly intuitive beings, reflect what’s happening in our internal world with honesty and presence, offering opportunities for insight, connection, and healing that words alone often cannot reach.

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a powerful, evidence-based therapy that helps the brain and body process and release the lingering effects of trauma. As a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern trained in EMDR, I support clients in gently accessing distressing memories while engaging bilateral stimulation—such as guided eye movements or tapping.
